Develop strategic plans, risk avoidance practices, educational curriculums and policies for the Fifth District that address violence and sexual harassment. To provide working references, protocols and procedures to brothers and Chapters within the Thirteenth District in accordance with the rules and operations of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Inc.
